Summer of Strength is a 6-week group nutrition coaching program designed to help you build real consistency around the habits that matter most for your goals, without overhauling your entire life to do it.

This program was created as a bridge between doing everything alone and investing in full one-on-one coaching. You get personalized feedback, accountability, and direct access to me on a schedule that fits your summer.

Think of it as having me in your corner, helping you stay focused, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and stay accountable. No scheduled meetings required.

Choose your habits

Before the program starts, you'll fill out an intake form. I use that to build your personalized habit plan - 3 to 4 habits focused on what will actually move the needle for your goals.

Track your habits daily

Each day you log your habits in the app. It takes about 30 seconds. That data tells the story of your progress over time and gives me what I need to coach you effectively.

Get personalized coaching

I review your progress regularly and reach out with feedback, encouragement, and practical suggestions. You can also message me anytime with questions or when life throws a curveball.

Build momentum over 6 weeks

Small consistent actions compound. By August 24th, you'll have built real habits, not just survived a challenge.

Do I need to be available at specific times?

Nope! There are no required meetings or calls. Coaching happens throughout the week through messaging and habit tracking, so you can participate on your own schedule.

What if I go on vacation during the program?

Totally fine. Summer is full of life, and that's the whole point. We'll work with your schedule, not against it. Just let me know what's coming up and we'll plan around it.

Will I need to follow a meal plan?

No meal plan required - but if that's what would work best for you, we can absolutely go that route. I meet each person where they are. Some clients thrive with structure, others do better building habits around their existing routine. We'll figure out what works for you.

What if I want a meal plan??

Then you'll get one! I meet each client where they are. If having a meal plan helps you stay on track, that's exactly what we'll work on together.

What if I have questions during the program?

Message me anytime through the app. I check in regularly throughout the week and I'm happy to help with anything that comes up. No question is too small.

What if I miss a day or a few days?

It happens. Progress over perfection, always. Missing a day doesn't undo your work. Just pick back up where you left off.
