Baseline + your plan

You log how you actually eat (no targets yet, just real patterns) while I build a plan around your real life.

Kickoff call

We review your plan together, make sure your food logging clicks, and get you locked in and ready to start.

Ongoing coaching

We meet on your package's schedule, and you have access to me in between. Every session ends with notes, resources, and clear next steps.

Progress + confidence

We track progress with tools that show real, measurable change, and I teach you how to read that data, so the confidence is yours.

You keep the progress while gradually dropping the tools that got you there: structure, knowledge, and freedom around food, movement, and travel. When life throws a curveball, you know how to adjust.
